Job Title
IT Helpdesk Technician
Job Summary
Provide support for users in the operation of a range of hardware including printers, scanners and other external peripherals.
Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of pc software and hardware.
Have acceptable communication skills at all levels in the organization.
Have experience of OS( Microsoft Windows , Linux) .
Have experience of Desktop Applications (MS office ,Adobe ,AV,….), as well as various software packages including Microsoft Office.
Have knowledge of data network infrastructure, and CCTV system Troubleshooting .
knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
Job Requirement & Skills:
Secondary technical school or two-year technical institute.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
Fair English language, written and spoken.
Previous experience of working with students or within an educational environment is preferred.
