The Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) launched today the E-JUST Connect 2025 University Industry Day, at the university’s secondary campus in Borg El Arab.
The event opened with welcoming remarks by Prof. Amr Adly, President of E-JUST, who emphasized the university’s commitment to strengthening partnerships between academia and industry to support Egypt’s innovation ecosystem.
This was followed by a presentation by Prof. Toshio Fukuda, Vice President for Research, who highlighted the mission of the E-JUST Industry Cluster and its role in addressing real industrial challenges through advanced research.
The agenda featured multiple panel discussions led by experts from various industrial sectors, bringing together industry leaders, researchers, engineers, and practitioners who share a common interest in innovation and technology-driven solutions.
The event serves as a dynamic platform designed to foster collaboration, offer technical consultations, and connect companies with E-JUST researchers and laboratories. The day also included a guided tour of E-JUST’s research facilities at the main campus, where visitors explored key laboratories across engineering, energy, environment, pharmacy, materials science, and the Graphene Research Center.
E-JUST Connect 2025 reflects the university’s ongoing effort to link scientific research with industrial needs, supporting Egypt’s competitiveness and accelerating the development of practical, scalable solutions for the market.
