Important Financial Instructions for Bachelor of Science Students (2026-2027)

Annual Undergraduate Tuition Fees

Important Note: Tuition fees are paid annually and include access to academic instruction, laboratories, and learning facilities. Accommodation, transportation, and personal expenses are not included.

Application Fees

To complete the admission process, applicants must pay the entrance examination application fee.

Egyptian Applicants

• Entrance exam at E-JUST campus: 1,500 EGP
• Entrance exam online: 2,500 EGP

International Applicants

• Entrance exam online or on campus: $50

The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid before scheduling the entrance examination.

Third: Withdrawal Regulations

• Withdrawn Bachelor of Science students are financially treated in the following manner:

1. In case of withdrawal by the end of the first week of the academic semester, students are entitled to obtain a full refund.

2. In case of withdrawal during the period from the second to the fourth week of the academic semester, a fine of 10% deduction of the total annual tuition fees will be charged.

3. In case of withdrawal after the fourth week of the academic semester:

1. There will be a fine of 50% deduction of the total annual tuition fees if the student has already registered for the academic courses.

1. There will be a fine of 25% deduction of the total annual tuition fees if the student has not registered for the academic courses.

Fourth: Refund Procedures

In case the student reserves the right, for any reason, to get refunded for any academic tuition fees that have been paid, their parent (only the father) has to attend in person to request the refund application and personally sign it at the Financial Support Office of the University. Any refund application requested by any other person, other than the father, whoever he delegates with a registered power of attorney to deal with E-JUST in financial matters, or the mother if she is the legal guardian of education will be rejected.

Fifth: Means of communication with the Financial Support Office

• Students can communicate with the Financial Support Office of the University by visiting the Headquarters of the University during official working hours or via the special email of each faculty, as shown below:
