Prof. Amr Adly, President of the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), celebrated the success of E-JUST students in the 2024 Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), which was held for the first time at the university’s campus. This year’s exam saw remarkable participation from E-JUST students, with a 100% success rate among all test-takers, reflecting their advanced language skills and growing interest in Japanese language and culture. Prof. Amr Adly emphasized that hosting the JLPT at E-JUST marks a significant step in strengthening international ties between Egypt and Japan. He also highlighted that success in the JLPT opens new career opportunities for E-JUST graduates in Japan, enhances academic engagement, and deepens students' connection with Japanese culture. Furthermore, he announced that E-JUST will continue hosting JLPT sessions this year, ensuring the continuity of this initiative to provide exceptional learning opportunities for students. In addition, the university organizes intensive summer programs for Japanese language learning, offering students valuable prospects to join the international job market. These efforts align with E-JUST’s strategic plan to introduce students to Japanese culture, customs, and traditions, empowering them to compete for global career opportunities.
