The Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) was honored today to welcome Mr. Karim Said, Cultural Attaché for Scientific and University Cooperation at the French Embassy in Egypt. The visit aimed at exploring future avenues of cooperation and potential academic MoUs with French institutions. Mr. Said was welcomed by Prof. Amr Adly, E-JUST President; Prof. Sameh Nada, Vice President for Education and Academic Affairs; and Prof. Mona Gamal El-Din, Dean of the School of Energy Resources, Environment, Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering. The visit began with an introductory meeting and a comprehensive presentation highlighting E-JUST’s mission, academic excellence, and strategic international partnerships, particularly with Japan. Mr. Said expressed great interest in the university’s international vision and innovation-focused approach. During a campus tour, Mr. Said visited the university’s state-of-the-art research and educational facilities, including the Center of Excellence, central library, and newly opened ornamental plant outlet. Both sides expressed enthusiasm for strengthening academic ties and launching joint programs that support student and research exchange, positioning E-JUST as a regional and international hub for excellence.
