A symposium on "Dealing with the behavioral problems for students" at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST).

Under the auspices of Prof. Amr Adly - President of Egypt-Japan university of Science and Technology (E-JUST), Prof. Mona Gamal Eldin Ibrahim - Head of the Gender Equality and Counselling Unit (GEU) and Dean of the school of Energy Resources, Environmental, and Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering (EECE) at E-JUST, organized a symposium on "Dealing with the behavioral problems for students". The symposium was held on Tuesday 22-7-2025, with the participation of 40 Egyptian Japanese schools teachers: Burj Al Arab 1 and Burj Al Arab 2. The symposium aimed to identify the causes of misconduct in students, early identification of students who have psychological or behavioral problems, and the plans to deal with the various students’ problems faced by the teachers. The symposium recommendations included the request of holding many seminars related to the following topics: - Seminars on behavioral problems for students provided to parents. - Seminars on how to manage and address diversity among students provided to teachers. - Seminars on how to deal with teenagers provided to teachers. E-JUST Gender Equality and Counselling Unit (GEU) always strives to achieve the fifth goal of the sustainable development goals "Achieving gender equality and women empowerment" by providing support to the university community in addition to providing services to the surrounding community by holding awareness seminars and workshops and presenting different success stories to help everyone to reach a better life.
