It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Faculty of International Business and Humanities (FIBH) at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST).
FIBH comprises two schools: the School of International Business (SIB) and the School of Humanities (SoH). Within SIB, we offer a diverse range of academic programs. At the undergraduate level, students may choose from five specializations: Accounting and Information Technology (AIT), Human Resources Management (HRM), Investment and Finance (FIN), Marketing and International Business (MKT), and Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ENT). At the postgraduate level, SIB also offers five tracks: Accounting and Information Systems (AIS), Human Resource Management (HRM), Investment and Finance (FIN), Marketing and International Business Studies (MKT), and Management and Organizational Behavior (MGT). In addition, the school offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with various tracks tailored to different interests, as well as Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) and general business diploma.
Our undergraduate and postgraduate programs are uniquely designed based on the Japanese “zemi” style of teaching, which emphasizes close faculty–student interaction, collaborative learning, and applied research, making our programs both distinctive and highly competitive.
The mission of FIBH is to provide a superior educational system in business and humanities at the higher education and research levels in Egypt and the region. We achieve this by embracing Japanese educational standards and offering pragmatic and innovative solutions to contemporary challenges. Our goal is to develop future leaders capable of delivering creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial responses to local, national, and regional issues. To fulfill this mission, we foster a highly interactive, innovative, and supportive learning environment that enables our students to compete internationally and meet the highest academic standards.
We are proud of our distinguished faculty members and teaching assistants, who are deeply committed to excellence in teaching and research. Our faculty actively contribute to knowledge creation by publishing in peer-reviewed journals and presenting their work at national and international conferences.
I invite you to explore our website or visit our campus to learn more about our programs, courses, faculty, activities, and vibrant student community. I look forward to welcoming you as part of our community of future leaders.
