Job Title: Housing Supervisor
Job Summary Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily operations of campus housing and dormitories.
- Resolves students’ complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinates resident programming to foster a sense of community.
- Provides academic and personal support to students as needed.
- Delegates tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Ensures the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all campus housing facilities.
- Conducts regular inspections of housing units.
- Coordinates repairs and maintenance with facilities management.
- Manages housing assignments and room changes.
- Oversees the inventory and procurement of housing supplies and equipment.
- Develops and implements emergency preparedness plans for campus housing.
- Coordinates response efforts during emergencies.
- Works closely with campus security and other emergency personnel.
- Review and processes housing fees.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and parents.
- Collaborates with other campus departments to support student success.
- Represents the university at community events and meetings.
Job Requirement & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Education or Social Service (psychology or Sociology Departments) is preferable.
- Good command of English language skills.
- University cumulative grade is not less than good.
- Age does not exceed 27.
- years of experience in related fields will be valued.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including student information systems.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
