Similar to other programs at E-JUST, the Heritage Science program has been developed in collaboration with Egyptian and Japanese academics (University of Tsukuba, Waseda University as well as JSPS Cairo Research Station). Both sides agree that heritage science is an interdisciplinary field for understanding the past and managing heritage, with its theory and practice rooted in humanities, social sciences, engineering, and natural sciences. This broad academic partnership between Egypt and Japan provides great strength to the operation of the program. The program aims to contribute to the internationalization of Egyptian higher education and scientific research. We are honored to offer the Heritage Science Program with Academic Master's and Ph.D. degrees in four majors.

  • Archaeological Excavation
  • Heritage Conservation Science
  • Museum Management
  • Cultural Heritage Studies.
