IT Helpdesk Technician

Job Summary

• Provide support for users in the operation of a range of hardware including printers, scanners and other external peripherals.
• Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of pc software and hardware.
• Have acceptable communication skills at all levels in the organization.
• Have experience of OS( Microsoft Windows , Linux) .
• Have experience of Desktop Applications (MS office ,Adobe ,AV,….), as well as various software packages including Microsoft Office.
• Have knowledge of data network infrastructure, and CCTV system Troubleshooting .
• knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies

Job Requirement & Skills:

• Secondary technical school or technical institute
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• Fair English language, written and spoken.
• Previous experience of working with students or within an educational environment is preferred.
