Lab Specialist

Job Summary

As a Lab Specialist, you will do the following.

• Play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and analysis of laboratory experiments and tests.
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Collecting and analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to team members.
• Contribute to innovative research and development projects in a collaborative and challenging laboratory environment.

Job Requirement & Skills:

1. A bachelor's or higher degree in science, engineering, electronics, physics, chemistry, biology, or a related field
2. Not to exceed the age of 28 years.
3. Relevant work experience in a laboratory setting is often preferred.
4. Familiarity with specific techniques, equipment, and methodologies related to the specific field of the lab, especially graphene and MOF preparation, as well as printed electronic devices.
5. ISO 17025 Previous experience in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and calibration.
6. Efficient use of time to meet project deadlines and manage workload effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during operating the instruments.
8. Collaboration with other team members and interdisciplinary teams.
9. Ability to adapt to new technologies, methods, and project requirements.
10. Flexibility in handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
11. Adherence to safety protocols and laboratory procedures.
12. Ability to effectively communicate findings and procedures, both orally and in writing.
13. Collaboration skills to work with other team members, researchers, and scientists.
14. Proficiency in using and maintaining laboratory equipment.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Knowledge of relevant software for data analysis and drawing.
17. Have a good knowledge of using graphene in different applications.
18. Have a good knowledge of catalysis and carbon dioxide conversion!
19. Have a good knowledge of electronic devices.
20. Have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
