Light Current Engineer

Job Responsibility

Operate, maintain and administrate the following systems:

• Surveillance system including IP cameras, NVR, DVR and milestone management system.
• Access control system including cards, Control panels, magnetic lockers, Access gates and management Software.
• Addressable fire alarm systems include detectors, alarms modules and control panels.
• Audio visual systems include sound systems, projectors and interactive displays.
• BMS systems include sensors, control panels and management software
• knowledge in the design of security and Low current systems
• Perform and ensure the completion of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on all relevant light-current operations daily, weekly, and monthly, as planned and contracted with maintenance companies.
• Respond to all reactive maintenance activities within established service level agreements.
• Serve and maintain the building management system (BMS) and any other relevant IT equipment.
• Perform daily walkthroughs and inspections of all BMS operations.
• Prepare and produce reports regarding the operation of BMS services, as required.
• Access and edit high-priority files, programs, and applications, and modify specialized programs.

Job Requirement & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree of Electrical Engineering.
• Experience Needed: More than 5 years in light current systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
