Entrance Exam Structure:

The Entrance Exam covers the following subjects (4 sections):

  • Math I & II
  • Logical Thinking.
  • Chemistry
  • Physics.
  • English language

All sections are mandatory.

All questions are in multiple-choice format.

The exams do not reflect a specific curriculum.

The exams are designed to measure the students’ basic knowledge and understanding of relevant concepts

Each exam question will be presented in both English and Arabic.

Each subject will be carried out independently for one-hour duration

The maximum grade of each subject is 100

Applicants are required to arrive at E-JUST exam hall 30 minutes ahead of the first subject starting time.

Please answer ALL questions to the best of your abilities and make sure to write legibly and choose your answers clearly using an HB pencil not a pen

Applicants are not allowed to use notes and, Mobile phones should be switched off

Applicants are not allowed to leave the exam room during each exam period and will have to stay till the end of each exam

Calculators are allowed.

There are questions on both the front and back of the exam’s page

Each subject contribute 25 % of the total marks (400 marks).

Applicants will be provided with exam paper and answer sheet

Exam questions will be collected back.

Applicants are not allowed to enter the exam class room after half time of the first exam period.

Applicants are not allowed to leave the exam before the end time of each exam subject period.

The entrance exams for Basic and Applied Sciences will be held at E-JUST campus in Borg Alarab city as

  • Eligibility Requirements

First: Departments which accept Science/ Math streams, after passing admission exams in(English/Logical thinking/ Math/ Chemistry/ Physics) are as follows:

  • Chemistry program
  • Applied Physics program 
  • Space Environment and Remote Sensing program

Second: departments which accept Math Stream only, after passing admission exams in(English/Logical thinking/ Math/ Chemistry/ Physics) are as follows:

  • Mathematics and Statistics program

Third: departments which accept Science stream only, after passing admission exams in(English/Logical thinking/ Math/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Biology) are as follows:

Molecular Biology and Biomedical Sciences program

  • Transfer rules:
  • Applicants who pass the Basic and Applied Sciences programs entrance exams may transfer to the Faculty of International Business and Humanities without retaking any tests.
  • Basic and Applied Sciences programs applicants (Natural and GeoSpace Sciences specializations) who would like to transfer to Engineering Faculty, must pass the Math exam.
  • Basic and Applied Sciences programs applicants (Biological sciences specialization) applicants who would like to transfer to Engineering Faculty, must pass the Math, Physics, and Chemistry exam.
  • Basic and Applied Sciences programs applicants (Natural and GeoSpace Sciences specializations) who would like to transfer to the Computer science program, without retaking any tests.
  • Basic and Applied Sciences programs applicants (Biological sciences specializations) who would like to transfer to the Computer science program, must pass the Math, Physics, and Chemistry exam.

  • Basic and Applied Sciences programs applicantswho would like to transfer to Art and Design programs, must pass the Drawing exam.
  • Basic and Applied Sciences programs applicants (Biological sciences specializations) applicants who would like to transfer to PharmD program, must pass the Chemistry exam.

The 1st Screening announcement:

E-JUST will send the result to each applicant after documents classification and screening. Note: All dates will be announced later through E-JUST website.

Written Entrance Exams:

The entrance exams will be held at E-JUST campus in Borg Alarab city 

Entrance exams for the Faculty of International Business and Humanities (FIBH) are:

English, Math 1, and Logical thinking exam

  • Transfer rules:
    • International Business applicants who would like to transfer to the Sustainable Architecture program, must pass the Architecture Aptitude test, Math, and Physics exams held by the Sustainable Architecture program.
    • International Business applicants who would like to transfer to Engineering, must pass the Math, Chemistry and Physics exams held by the Faculty of Engineering.
    • International Business applicants who would like to transfer to Pharm D must pass the Math, Biology and Chemistry exams held by the Pharm D program.
    • International Business applicants who would like to transfer to Computer Science Program, must pass the Math, Chemistry and Physics exams held by the CSIT program.
    • International Business applicants who would like to transfer to Art and Design Program, must pass the Art & Design Aptitude test, Math and Physics exams held by the Art and Design program.

The 2nd Screening announcement: 

E-JUST will notify the applicant with the entrance exam result by email, inviting them to the personal interview and informing them about the schedule and the location.
